Delete your account

You can delete your SLCTTD account at any time — here on the website, or in the mobile app under Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent; we don't just deactivate the account.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in details, including your password.
• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Your saved delivery address.
• Your favorites.

Your email address is freed immediately — you can sign up again with it later, and the new account starts empty.

What we keep, and why

• Past orders are kept as anonymous records — the items and totals stay for our bookkeeping, but your name, phone number and address are removed, and the order is no longer linked to any account.
• An order still on its way keeps the delivery details until it is delivered, because our courier needs them to bring you your pieces. Once the order is completed, those details are removed automatically.
