Privacy Policy

SLCTTD ("we", "us") runs this online store and its mobile app. This page explains what personal data we collect, why, and what we do with it — in plain language, because that's how we'd want to read it too.
What we collect
- When you place an order: your name, phone number, delivery address, and (optionally) an email address for the order confirmation.
- If you create an account: your name, email address, an optional phone number, and a password — stored only as a secure hash, never as plain text. Your order history, saved delivery address, and favorites are linked to your account.
- Payment: we are cash on delivery only. We never ask for, see, or store card numbers or any other payment credentials.
What we use it for
- Preparing, delivering, and confirming your orders — including contacting you by phone or email to arrange delivery.
- Running your account: sign-in, order history, favorites, and (if enabled) store notifications you can view in the site header or app.
- Answering support requests you send us.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.
- We don't run advertising, analytics, or tracking scripts. The only cookie we set is the session cookie that keeps your basket and sign-in working.
- The support chat on this site is answered on our own server — your messages are not sent to any third-party AI or chat provider.
The mobile app
The app talks to the same store over an encrypted connection and handles the same data in the same way. Signing in stores a session token on your device; logging out removes it.
Where your data lives
Order and account data is stored on our own server infrastructure in the EU (AWS, Ireland region), reachable only over HTTPS. We keep short-term backups for disaster recovery; backups expire automatically after 30 days.
Who we share it with
Only what's needed to operate the store: our email delivery provider receives your email address and order summary to send confirmations, and our delivery staff receive your name, address, and phone number to bring you your order. That's the whole list.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept while we need them for bookkeeping and warranty questions. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time — see below.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email hello@slcttd.com from the address linked to your order or account and we'll take care of it.
Children
Our store isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
